MEDICAL RESEARCH STUDIES EXPLORING WOMEN’S SEXUAL DESIRE SEEK SUBJECTSPurchase, N.Y. – The Medical Center for Female Sexuality (MCFS) is seeking women who are experiencing decreased sexual desire and arousal to participate in a number of medical research studies. “We are hoping to identify new effective treatment options for women who are experiencing problems with libido and arousal,” said Bat Sheva Marcus, clinical director of the MCFS. “These studies provide opportunities for women looking to be on the cutting-edge of medical treatment as well as women of limited means who are traditionally unable to afford non-emergency medical treatment.” All study medications and care are provided to patients free-of-charge. In addition, patients are compensated for their time and travel. Women participating in the studies must meet the following criteria…
Women interested in learning more about any of the studies should contact the Medical Center for Female Sexuality at (914) 328-3700. Any questions will be answered and a preliminary evaluation will be conducted over the phone. The Medical Center for Female Sexuality is one of the only treatment centers in the country to integrate a medical and psychological treatment modality. A medical and psychological team works to evaluate the issues that might be of concern to the patient. Since the MCFS is a medical practice, the treatments are generally covered by most insurance companies. The MCFS can be found on the Internet at www.centerforfemalesexuality.com # # #
