I agree that bioidentical hormones is a better option for treatment of menopausal symptoms because I believe these can be customized to address women’s exact needs so it’s safe. However, it is still a good idea to check with your health provider about your risk this hormone will give you.

Just do it ! How sad for her. Women need to talk to Women. We go though many changes in & out of our lives and with those changes our sex lives also change, but if we do not talk about them we think some thing is wrong with us. Not true!
